Every month we count which AI skills, roles and tools employers in the Netherlands and Belgium ask for in their job postings, nationally and in ten sectors.

Skills grouped into four families. A posting can mention several skills, so the families add up to mentions, not postings. Full numbers per skill in the table below.
All live job postings in the Netherlands and Belgium on Adzuna, measured at the start of each month.
Each skill is counted with one fixed English key phrase, so months and countries stay comparable. Roles are counted on job title.
Soft skills are measured within postings that mention AI, so they show what employers expect next to the technology.
